It adds both the ability to instantly convert your clipboard contents from text to speech, and to save a history of the last 5 things on your clipboard. It can run entirely in the background, meaning it can always be waiting to read off text that is either too small, or otherwise hard to see. The clipboard history also makes other tasks like word processing and software development more intuitive.
